Sadly, there is little evidence that running helps you to lose weight. Weight loss is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise....and that's only in the under 50s! After 50 it's more like 90/10...no chance for me at 62 then 🙄
Yes I have started running slowly. I have decreased my speed from 6 to 5.2, will like to graduate and run daily let’s see. Also want to experience runners high, if possible!
