W9 First 30 minutes done

It doesn't feel quite real that I am now 60 minutes from graduation but I think we all think that. So out at the usual time felt quite sluggish this morning definitely more than the eight hours still Julie started quite early this week 5 minutes gone into the run clearly now the bloods flowing so we're off up the incline definitely easier now keeping it nice and steady 1st lap done back up the incline round by the residential home and 10 minutes to go keep going this is in the bag 5 minutes to go still feeling good no burst this time and that is it 5 minute cool down and stop checked Mapmyrun distance covered 6.11 Km includes warm up/cool down of around 1Km so I take this as my Graduation run and just run the next two. 1st Musketeer home and dry

5.45am every day but I don't run til much later so don't normally post this early. But it's week 9 and I'm excited to cheer the musketeers in! :)
