Hi fellow C25K.. Just completed my 2nd run of week 1..to be honest didn't think I would do it but I did it and I'm so happy.. Just need more confidence but I'm determined to carry on....

congrats on the first 2 runs!! I'm on w6 and these first few were the hardest to get out of the door! One piece of advice is just to trust in the programme (and eventually in yourself) - all you need to do is begin the warm-up walk and each will will come in god order :)

Thanks so much for your encouragement... 👍... If I feel I can't do week 2 then I'll just do week 1 again...

the advice given to me was that if you can do a week / a run - move onto the next!! If you struggle to complete a run, redo that one. but of course go as you wish! all the matters is that you're going :)

Congratulations on completing runs 1 and 2 of week 1 of C25K, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 1, welcome to the forum and good luck for your running journey with C25K 😊 🏃🏾.
