congrats on the first 2 runs!! I'm on w6 and these first few were the hardest to get out of the door! One piece of advice is just to trust in the programme (and eventually in yourself) - all you need to do is begin the warm-up walk and each will will come in god order

Congratulations on completing runs 1 and 2 of week 1 of C25K, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 1, welcome to the forum and good luck for your running journey with C25K 😊 🏃🏾.
