Well I never thought I'd do it, but I ran (well kind of) for the 3 minute blocks.....so proud of myself. Just a good job 'Laura' cant hear me answering back!

One more to go before I look at whats in store for week 4.....too scared to look just now.

Just done 2 runs in week 4, its harder but easier in a funny way! when you get going you kind of get into a rhythm and you dont neede to stop and start as much!!! keep going x

i find it true what you say about Wk4 being harder but easier. I did WK4 R1 today and dreaded it. But like you say once into a rhythm its OK i found it takes me 2 mins to get into rhythm.

It gets better every week :-) My personal favourite so far was week 5, but each time you go you'll find it gets that little bit easier and you recover that little bit quicker :-)

I'm one run behind you- week 3 run 2 tomorrow! Just hoping I'm not caught out in torrential rain and hailstones like yesterday's run!

Just did W3R1 and must say how fantastic I feel after it - find myself looking forward to running - never thought I would say that - EVER!!!!
