so near, but yet so far!!!

Hoped to complete C25K this week, but dodgy knee prevented it. I don't think it is a running injury, just something I get occasionally - and have had every few years for 20 years , for no apparent reason. pain in lateral knee - just with certain movements. It goes away after a few days. It is going away now, but will give it another couple of days until completely gone. Sooo frustrating!!!

  • Frustrating! Good luck :)

  • Very wise restraint. In the scheme of things it means nothing, but in your C25k career it is a frustrating delay. We will cheer all the louder when we get your graduation report.

  • It's so frustrating I haven't managed to finish week 9 this week so I know how you feel. Sounds like your getting better and will be out there very soon!

  • Good luck with your finish too !

  • Thanks,guys. I'll get there eventually !!

  • Aw Bonnie, what a shame , I had the same with my ankle. I had done Week 9 Run 2 and all set to do my graduation run when my ankle started giving me a load of gyp. I know it is very frustrating, but best to rest it. Your graduation run will be so much sweeter. You will get through this, patience is required by the shedload to be a C25Ker thats for sure :-)

Your graduation badge awaits.... take care :-) xxx
