I did W1R3 yesterday and tried Japanese slow jogging. Wow, it was amazing! My legs still ached, but I was able to breathe and enjoyed it so much more. Thanks for the advice everyone. On to week 2 tomorrow!

That’s so interesting. Someone else has sent me same video. I’ve never heard of that but it’s probably more akin to what I’m doing. That’s made me feel better as I’m pleased I’m still getting out and doing it but have been worried I’m not doing it well enough. Cheers!

I found out about slow jogging a week ago at the end of week1. Have been doing it since then and it is the way to go for me! I can now see myself doing all this for the long run (no pun intended)!
