So i have just completed w4r1! Oh my it was hard! My legs where in agony and i had to force myself to keep going! You where all right about this being a hard week! Everyone keep going! You guys can do this, we all can! πŸ€—

Thank you! I was pretty much pain free apart from week 1 and then today bam.. πŸ˜‚ hopefully be better on friday!
