I've completed W5R3, finally, and it was a breeze. I've taken longer to reach this stage due to a holiday and previous time on the ic, so it feels like a real achievement to run for that length of time. Reading the posts really help & I know that I'm in good company. Can't wait to move on to week 6.

Congratulations! W5R3 is a real big milestone to get under your belt. Well done! Remember to take some time to enjoy the sense of achievement - you have earned it after all. Watch out for week 6. It catches out more people than you would expect! Good luck. You are well on your way to graduation now.

Good luck with w6. As others have said it feels very odd having walking breaks but it is challenging on the third run but you will make w6r3
