Set off this morning and I found the 1st 90 secs a breeze but the first 3 min run was tough! I spose I was expecting it to be easier, just about got through the last run so another one down YaY! I’ve also remembered to do my stretches after the run which is a first.

Well done!! I try to plan my 3 minutes so they are not uphill in any way and sometimes slightly downhill! 😉. Fantastic to have got that in the bag. I might repeat my W3/R3 next time as my knee and ankle are playing up. Now you can indulge in eating something nice as a treat 😊
Thanks. The last 3 mins was downhill slightly which worked a bit better, the first was slightly uphill so that’s probably why it was bit of a struggle. I’ll have to plan them a bit better next time!

I found my W3 R2 hard as well, maybe because the first one was easier than expected so the second one we thought would feel easy too? I put mine down to the heat and time of day but maybe it's just a challenging one. I look forward to redeeming myself with R3 tomorrow x
