Week Run 2 completed today along with my Jack Russell terrier. It was a bit harder than R1, but felt glad when I'd finished it - Run 3 planned for Saturday. I just run round my village in Shropshire.

Well done for completing your second run of this journey. It's funny that sometimes the same run feels more difficult on some days rather than others, but I suppose that's just how life is too really. Just make sure to have your rest days in-between and to keep yourself well hydrated and you should be good to go. I'd find him too much of a distraction if I tried running with our terrier, he would want to stop & sniff every lamp post & road sign, I always go out on my own!

Sometimes I find the runs when I have expectations can be a disappointment and the runs when I've had to drag myself out of the house are brilliant. Just the way it goes. 🤷♀️
Keep going. A village in Shropshire sounds idyllic.

It's funny, but I found R2 of every week to be the hardest. I think Wk1 R2 was especially hard as I was still really aching from R1.
You've done though. 1 more run and thats the first week under your belt!

You found it hard but still did it - well done!
