Went out later than I planned felt ok but the gremlins sat in my shoulder - couldnโt shake them off ๐ฉ. Got to 12 mins in and I stopped walked a bit, jogged a bit more and finally walked home. Just put it down to one if those days.
Not sure where my motivation has gone at the moment but Iโm finding consolidation rather tough. Still onwards and upwards keep on running ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐

I have been exactly the same. Did my first week of consolidation runs without much of an issue. But since then really struggled and having to walk large parts of the 5k. Legs all okay but the breathing seem to have deserted me????
I wonder why it is ? We know we can do this but then something seems to put doubts in our heads. Itโs tough - weโre new to running so letโs just keep on getting out there and running ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐ค๐โ ๐
