Another 5K 😊

This morning I achieved my second 5K and I'm now beginning to enjoy this running malarkey. There are no circular routes short enough where I live, just long country lanes. So I run for 2.5K then turn round and run back. That sounds a bit boring but I never tire of the beautiful scenery. I started quite fast but slowed down towards the finish and ended up with a time of 39.55 minutes, 7.50/k.

Thank you. Yes I'm very happy and proud of myself. Especially as I'm 2 stone overweight and nearly 60 years old! 😲🤣

Norfolk can be lovely. We holidayed in NE Norfolk last year at the end of June. The weather was very kind to us and I enjoyed strolling round the lanes of an evening.
