Just finished my 2nd run and I'm not going to lie it was hard work. I did not feel motivated to do it at all but I am glad that I have and I'm on track! 😊

I was just wondering how I’d feel as my second run is Wednesday. One thing I thought was to do the same circuit but in reverse! Well done on perseverance. ☺️

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

If you don't put in the groundwork then I am afraid you do not get the benefits.

Stick with it........it is worth it.
