Slightly harder with the odd ache but still felt fantastic! I like that running gives you chance to noticing things in your area that you don't see normally. I think this is definitely for me this time....happy happy lol

It sure does! You get to know all the footpaths and short cuts etc. You find all sorts you never knew existed.

Lol you really do...and the views. How sad that I didn't really realise how much countryside is around me even though I walk my dog. Looking forward to exploring more.

You can use your dog walks to recce new routes if I fancy checking out a trail I’m not sure about, that is off the beaten track, or I think is remote or scary, I take the dog with me to check it out. he wouldn’t scare pussy actually but he’s big 😁

Lol mine is tiny with a big attitude but completely wimpy.

It's the head thing that I think I have finally mastered and loving it....so glad it's that way and not dreading it!
