You will do it if you tell yourself to , you are the boss! Go for it. Maybe slow down if you felt that close to collapse 😁

I had the same feeling when I started. I’m just coming to end if the 2nd week and still unsure.... but feeling slightly more positive after each run. In my first week I was trying to run to fast and struggled to keep up the pace. I’ve slowed it down now and find it easier. Just hoping the speed will come naturally at some point. And the fact that you have found the motivation to start it is fantastic. Stick with it and good luck xx

thankyou and you! think its definitely finding the motivation in the first place so im on the right track :) slow and steady wins the race is going to be my moto i think 😁 x

I was in such bad shape when I started all I ever hoped for was to complete week three some far off day....and maybe even be able to run the impossible distance continuously from one side of the park to the other. An overwhelming 3/10ths of a mile!!!!

10k graduate at this point on a comeback programme after an injury and confident that by year's end I will have hit my goal of a ten Mile continuous run :)

This programme not only works miracles - it's fun :)

It's a process, not a competition so just take it slowly and steadily and keep in mind less than ten percent graduate in nine weeks or with 5k 😉

Wishing you many happy miles in your future ☺

The most important part is that you did not give up. One run at a time, one step at a time. You will get there if you just continue as you are doing now💪👍🏼

Well done! There were loads of runs that took everything I had, but keep at it and you'll see real improvements in no time.

Slow and steady is the way... and there is no such thing as too slow... :) I am the original Grey Snail:)

You will be amazed where slow gets you:)

I felt like that but I’m onto 3 mins in week 3 now. Still doubtful about longer but it does seem to work!

Absolutely you will! Just don't give up even if you don't achieve each run as planned. Just step back out there!
