Second run done! I’m feeling it today! 2.5k again. Which I think is amazing for me! My chest however , is horrendous! I personally feel like it’s because I’ve been outside in the cold the majority of the day. However. I feel amazing!

If you run at a pace where you can talk in full sentences it’s both easier and better for your development as a runner. It’s a little counterintuitive as we start our journey, but it really does pay dividends later. Plenty of chances to see what you can do pace wise after this plan!

Make sure that you can speak aloud clear ungasping sentences as you run..........if you cannot, you are going too fast.
Well done! Definitely, try and find a pace where you don't feel exhausted at the end of your run. I know it maybe feels like you want to push yourself, but the programme pushes you without you needing to really try too hard. In face, what I've learned it to make it easy. Then you'll build up positive associations with running and want to do it more. There's plenty of time to push yourself once your general fitness level is getting better and you've graduated.
