Been doing the c25k for a few weeks now and just came across this. Just finished session one of week 8 so not too much more to go. Really enjoyed it and looking to keep this going.

Welcome to the forum , Shame you didn't find this place earlier as it could have been great support, but sounds like your doing just fine anyway 😬

My next run is week 9, run 2

But I'm nursing an injury so taken the shine off it somewhat !

I'm going to keep it slow now to get to that finish line .

Or in fact it will probably be the starting line for many more years of running hopefully 😬

Thanks theres been the odd session after a long day when I've thought why but always glad to have done it. Wouldn't worry about the pace just keep going. I bought myself some proper running trainers yesterday and intend to keep it up...they are miles better than my old squash shoes!
