... all of you! (Round of applause). There I was, having just finished W7R3 (do I hear a little ripple of applause for me too?!) and feeling much better than I did at the end of W6 but having little gremlin-style niggles about my speed (or lack of it). Fast forward five minutes (unlike when I run) and here I am, having found the answer I needed right here and your permission to go as slowly as I like as long as I finish the run.
It's wonderful how, no matter what the issue, at least one of you has been there before. Thank you all, I feel better already! Week 8 here I come (slowly)!

No-one runs slower than me and I just did a Parkrun (5k) last week, in 41mins and didn't come last! I found the last 4 weeks tough - but once you can do 25 mins, you can do seemingly any distance - you'll do it. I went uphill, further than I'd ever been before - it all just happens somehow with Laura. Finishing line in your sights. Well done.
Well done on completing Week 7 - I heard that round of applause too! Keep going, even slower if you want to! It took me a while to realise just how slowly I needed to be going. Once I worked that out, it all started coming together. Best of luck with Week 8.
Well done on getting this far. I have found this blog a great place for encouragement and for reinforcing my own view on the right way to go this - which is of course the way that works for you. We all face slightly different problems but the themes are common and not worrying about speed is definitely one of them. Good luck.
Great one lady I can't wait for your graduation and believe me it soon comes around no matter how slow you are all that matters is a constant 30 at the end J
