Completed week 8 this morning and I found it really tough. Probably the tougher of the longer runs so far. Just felt slow, heavy legs, heavy breathing and just did not enjoy it. I really hope it was a one off as I was so excited to hit week 9. One day’s rest and we’ll see how it goes I guess πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ Hope you all had a good run day today

If it helps my experience of W8R3 was exactly the same last Thursday.... I’m pleased to say W9R1 was completely different. I’d put today down as just one of those runs!

See you at the finish line!

Very good news. Hopefully the experience will be the same here. Not long to go now - good luck!

My week 8 was the same... but week 9 is fantastic! People said week 9 is great but I didn't think it would be after my week 8. I gave myself 2 rest days between each of the runs and that helped my heavy legs but it did mean I graduated later than I was hoping. Enjoy!

But you graduated and that’s what counts. Amazing achievement! Well done and thanks for the positivity

Thank you... and you will too! Not long to go.

Tough runs make you tougher and you completed so that's perfect. I remember finding week 8 tough and I had to dig deep to get through. You may have unconsciously speeded up, so keep it nice and steady, but it sounds like you are doing just great.

I do unconsciously put pressure on myself so maybe I did speed up without realising... who knows... But will take w9 1 day at a time. Thanks!

You can tell the difference between a good and not so good run ..πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ thats brilliant! Means you’ve already learnt!

You’re so close - 1 more week! 3 runs left... 90 minutes and you’re a graduate! πŸŽ“πŸ‘
