Decided to relax today and take it easy and stop at 30 mins no matter what, also moved over to a new phone and hadn't transferred data so had no music set up π€’got strava and NRC set up while I warned up and decided to give coach Bennett's 5k a go... Il say this he passed the time... But (and I mean no disrespect to our American cousins here) it was a little bit too touchy feely for me, us Brits are made of sterner stuff!π€£ And without any music to inspire I found I just strolled along wishing I was listening to something else π€£ the man made 5k go quickly though so il give him that.
The run itself was fine, few knee niggles but nothing major, i added some new route and finished near to the lake where I took today's photo. Then I just sat there for 5 mins and took it all in before I walked home. Definitely the best bit of the morning!
I didn't feel tired or breathy or sweaty and after a few mins I felt like I just wanted to go do it all again π€£ I didn't π€£ I'm certainly gonna have to up my game Friday as I'm laid in bath now feeling like I haven't done anywhere near enough today!
Still no work either, we had one day booked in this week and that got cancelled due to lockdown. Can't get grant and just found out I can't top up my bounce back loan π€·πΌββοΈ looking like applying for universal credit is only option if things keep going like this π€¦πΌββοΈ people who have been self employed for less than couple of years have been screwed royally. Gonna hold off as we have 3 days booked in next week and same the week after π€π»π€π»π€π»
