First post grad run

I’ve done my first post grad run. I still used the app as I need the encouragement!!! I now enjoy jogging. I’m still slow but I don’t care !!!

Keep going. It took this 55 overweight woman 14 weeks to complete this with a few return runs. But I can jog !!!! Xx

Well done! I used Laura on week 9 for three weeks before I could let her go. Have dipped in to c25k+ podcasts, running without headphones, which is great, and now run cos it's good! Go us 🏃🏃‍♀️💥
