Morning All

First post on graduation day. Hooray...

I am fat !! and 50 and suffered a heart attack at 46 (diagnosed on my birthday) - a fairly regular gym goer although tend to eat far too much.whilst I don’t drink or smoke think that this couch to 5K has been a tremendous motivator and for me to have moved from next to no running for the last 10 years to run 5K or close on 5K i.e. 30 minutes running has been an amazing personal achievement

The program is quite outstanding and motivates all who would wish to do it - whilst I stared in week 4 who would have thought I d run every other day for 5 weeks

Hate it every day !! But the euphoria when I click on end run makes it all worthwhile

Love Michael Johnson helping me through
