Are you struggling?

Morning all. Just one run to go.

It has taken me 11 weeks rather than 9, but that's ok.

I have had good runs, bad runs and give up no runs, but that's ok.

It still hurts, I'm still tired, it's still hard. But thats ok.

My advice, stick at it. If you have a bad run, brush it off, have a rest day. Then back on it. Overall you are still improving.

I am still only doing just over 2.5 miles. But over time I'm sure this will improve.

Have a good weekend everyone.

I am one run behin you .

I also will be around 11 or 12 weeks when I graduate as I had 16 days off with injury and since then I have sometimes taken more than one rest day .

As you say , stick at it !

I gf we keep taking the steps we will of course complete our journey.

Thank you. Injurys are so frustrating, especially when you are making good progress.

Yes, it puts your physical improvement on hold but it's certainly a workout for your mental strength 😁

Sage advice right here. I too am 1 run behind you, and would echo your experiences.

All the very best for your graduation run... I’m looking forward to mine on Wednesday!

See you at the finish line.

Great post Mortgagerunner. Too many people are impatient and have unrealistic goals. Most of us c25kers are beginners and this plan is just the start. Enjoy your graduation run !!
