Had a good/bad day today, "parsons egg": walking (mostly) / running sort of OK - 5 K, rubbish time but I did it - actually enjoyed it & never ever thought I'd say that / C25K (sacrilege but quite honestly complete 100% crap - W5 and it still didn't let me run a few metres on the Parkrun without stopping - what's all this shit for?) / a pretty terrible-to-bad personal day, awful frame of mind.
You folks here on this forum are an inspiration and except for you on this (my third time) around this bloody programme I'd definitely have given up by now. I'm not yet at all sure how I'll EVER do this, but PLEASE keep helping me to carry on trying. I give you all a promise in return: I WILL keep trying if you keep helping. No help, no finish for David! I mean it!! You might be thinking of giving up on this mixed-up guy by now - PLEASE DON'T!

not giving up on you... it is a battle and we need all our fellow soldiers to march at our shoulder...every step of the way..a long as you don't give up on us either
I gave up at around week 5 twice but eventually succeeded with C25K on the third attempt. I still can't say I find running "easy" but I am amazed at how much I can do now and how much better I feel. Keep going - it will all be worth it !!
Keep going! You're doing a great job 👍 So many people would have given up by now! It's a great feeling completing W9R3 and you're well on your way. We're all rooting for you 🏃🏻🏃🏻🏃🏻🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
Course we won't give up on you. And you mustn't give up on yourself! There are people graduating at the moment who took 3 years - now that is dedication. There is absolutely no reason why you can't do it if they can. So keep at it, David and we'll keep encouraging you!🏃 In fact, I don't know what you're worried about - you're doing great👍
