Well....8 weeks ago 1 mins had me puffing. I’ve really had to push myself to get through this with terrible anxiety, sometimes being sick before I leave with nerves.
I have just done W8r3 at 8pm. I have always run early early so hardly anyone around. Tonight as I live on sea front still lots of people having fish n chips so thought I would chicken out and feel self conscious as over weight BUT I thought “well at least I’m moving and trying to improve myself”. I did find it harder than morning and had a stitch most of the time but I still pushed on. Can’t believe only the last week until victory!!!! It is mental attitude as much as physical defo. What happens after week 9, can I go back to W1? 😁

I graduated last weekend - have just kept doing w9r3!!! Though twice I have run for 20 minutes rather than full 30 - but some runs are going to be longer and some shorter.
Think of what your goal is - mine ultimately is to get to 5k (having managed 4.6k during the programme) but it's baking hot today so knew it would be silly!!
