Hello myself (aged47) and my husband (aged49) have between us lost 10 stone in weight over a couple of years. We walk our Weimaraner 2 miles each everyday but still need to get fit so we are doing Couch to 5k and have completed 2 days. I know it's very early days but I am so proud of us both for getting off the couch and trying. Good Luck to everyone with the same motivation and determination- we CAN do this!!!! πŸ˜ƒ

Brilliant work both of you! The programme wont let you down if you follow it as is! The rest is down to you staying motivated! Given you walk regularly it sounds like you can stick with a plan!

Welcome to the programme and the forum!

Welcome and WOW! You've done so well with the weight loss and the walking. All the best with the running

Great job both of you for the combined weight loss and for signing up to Couch to 5K. Early days for me also - Yes we CAN! 😁

Follow the programme, take your rest days, exercise on the rest days helps too and walk, walk walk too... :) Maybe up the distance a bit :)

You are mere babes compared with some of us..( me :))... and well done you for starting.

Keep it steady and slow, follow the plan carefully, listen to your body, and don't push too hard. The way to Graduation is slow and steady :)

And..keep posting :)
