So this morning I started week 4. Thought I was going to really struggle but I did it and it was OK. First time running in the morning so not sure if that helped but I am feeling super pleased with myself π

Well done. 16 minutes of running.
Lots of people run in the morning, sets you up for the day. Me? I like my bed too much and run in the evenings. But it could be time for a change.
