Proud of myself this morning. I repeated week 9 as I’d had to walk a couple of times during my runs last week. This morning I did my third parkrun, by myself, and managed to get round without having to walk once. It was about 43 mins I think. And I woke up with period cramps this morning! Therefore I am very happy to call myself a graduate today 👍
Having a little cry now 😂
I’ve committed to a virtual run the year challenge: I am aiming for 250 miles over the year (not as far as many but it keeps me to 5 miles or so per week, and hopefully a bit more as the year progresses. I have entered a 5 mile race in April with an aim for my first 10k in June and I plan to raise money for two charities across the year.
I really think that C25k might have changed my life...! Thank you to all the lovely support in this group: the advice and virtual cheering has been fabulous and certainly kept me going through tricky weeks 👍🏃♂️🥂

Congratulations! Fantastic achievement! Running the whole Park Run is no mean feat (I still can't do it - my 3rd PR today and had to walk some/a lot of it again!) so that is brilliant!
Great to have your goals planned throughout the year - and with the determination you have shown I have no doubt you will achieve them all!
