Just got back from w5r3 and i did it . Was very unsure of myself when i set off but 20 minutes of huffing and puffing has put the biggest smile on my face .

I was very unfit when i started this program ( am fitter now but not the real deal yet lol ) and if someone had told me i would be running for 20 minutes 5 weeks later i would have thought they were mad but here i am with the smile to proove it .

If i can do this anyone can so keep with the program and believe in yourself.

Bring on week 6 . good luck everyone
