Congrats on breaking the psychological barrier, the rest of the program is easier from here on in.

You've proved to your head you can do this BUT be careful of week 6 runs 1 & 2, they caught me out after running for a solid block of 20 minutes because they're back to intervals again.

🤣🤣🤣

Have you completed it or just looked at it??

If you’ve completed it that is a massive achievement…but week 6 can trip you up because you feel completely invincible after this run so take…it…slow….then slow down some more….if you’ve looked at it, well, the programme has been getting you ready for this run all this time without you even realising it 💪

I looked at it then completed it then threw up.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, perhaps the reason you"threw up." was that you ran a little too fast, I would advise you to take a extra day off running then rerun run 3 of week 5 again a little slower than you did the first time before starting run 1 of week 6

Did you really throw up?

Yes. Brought up my porridge.

Why though? You have a bug? Gastro issues?

Ohhhh!!

At least it’s done but yikes, you don’t want to be sick after the longer runs? Maybe you had some food jiggling about in there?

Brought up my porridge. Which oddly enough looked exactly the same as it did in the bowl.

Porridge can be horribly indigestible so make sure you cook it long enough, then wait an hour before going out to run. You can be getting geared up while you wait 🙂

I eat porridge virtually every day 😀 🥣😋

You have no need to fear any run.

If you are running the programme slowly and steadily, every single run follows the next... and every week follows the one before.

healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Have you run it now.. or are you going to. You are ready for all the runs, all you need to do? Believe it.
