The dreaded 20 mins have been completed and boy did I enjoy it. Can’t beleive I just ran 20 mins comfortably. Had to keep reminding myself at the start to slow down and keep a steady pace which I did and even ended up running with a faster km pace than usual, what a run and a happy new year to you all :)

Well done! One of the best runs of all I thought, and a huge milestone. After this the rest are more than doable.

Thank you. The only advice I can really offer is to jog as slow as possible, I started off too quick on this one and felt it in the last 2 mins but managed to just push through it. Good luck on your next attempt :)
