My daughter and I started this together but she spends every other week with her Dad who can’t take her out for runs. So she’d come back to me and cry, huff and paddy all the way through each 1st run of the week. She’s just spend 2 weeks with me and went back to her Dad on Sunday. Her progress has been so good - she’d Even stopped complaining! So I picked her up yesterday and she did her w5 r3! I don’t think she can believe it! I’m so proud of her determination to do this 😍😀

And so you should be proud. Both of my daughters (20, 22) have now started C25K. One has reached week 6, the other week 7. I'm particularly proud of my eldest daughter since she has suffered with long term anxiety. It good to encourage our kids to adopt a healthy life style. Keep up the running together and enjoy the mum and daughter time.

You must be really proud of her, but you also should be really proud of yourself for having such a wonderful girl (you must have done something right :)) and for being the support she needs. Well done to both of you!
