It's interesting to see how the programme progresses. When I complete the run tomorrow I'll have done just over a quarter of the total required running time.

I don't agree with the use of scary...........the intent of the plan is to get you running for thirty minutes, so surely the progression is to be expected??

In some cases it's best not to look too far ahead. A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step

It is all about attitude........I would never have undertaken a plan if I hadn't thoroughly examined what it involved, whereas I know some worry.

I’m surprised it’s only 8 hours ! Felt like 80 at the time of completion of week 9 🏁🏆😂🤣How amazing we can learn to run 30 minutes with only 8 hours practice 🤩🤩🤩Fabulous program and support thank you again 🙏🏃‍♀️

As a person interested in statistics I find that post of yours nowster very interesting, run 1 of week 1, run 3 of week 5 and run 3 of week 9 are especially important at 00:08, 02:57 and 08:09 respectively.

I don’t get the cumulative run time?

It's a totalizer of hours and minutes run so far. How much you've put on the clock.

The first day you've run 8 minutes in total. The second you've run another 8 minutes, so that adds up to 16 minutes. Third day another 8 mins, so 24 mins in total. The second week adds 9 mins per day, the third another 9 mins per day, etc. etc.

Right thanks. It didn’t say the units so I was confused

Interesting! Having just done W7R1 I have slightly less than half the total running time to go - this does encourage me to treat these last weeks with respect and recognise that, though on paper it doesn't look like much of an increase, it's a significant total effort and I should make sure that I take additional rest days if my body is saying it needs them.
