I really dont get this running lark. So I've gone back to work this week after 3 months of doing nowt. That was one of the reasons I started this, my mission to de-flab myself. I've had a really exhausting hard week back at work so thought no way im going to be running this week. But I've stuck with it and have to say W6R2 has been the easiest so far. I cant wait for Sat to see how I handle R3

Oh yes, he runs at my pace 😄

yeah it is the most random of runs and contexts for me where I think, shouldn't this be harder? Sometimes you have to leave the logic behind and just enjoy the buzz, well done after a hard week back at work

Yep, no more walking breaks, it’s all continuous running now until graduation. I have W6R3 tomorrow and I’m intrigued too see how that goes as I found the last few minutes of W5R3 really tiring, although I did change my route and ended up running on a really rocky, uneven path which didn’t help. Will stick to my normal route tomorrow.

I normally run on gravel through the forest. I feel I need to do more on the flat🙂

That's the great thing about this running lark. Addictive, usually great sometimes horrible. But once you get the bug you can't stop. You'll smash R3 then on to w7. Good luck and enjoy your running

It is strange how good runs often happen when we least feel like heading out. Well done. You are into the longer runs now. Settle into a steady pace and enjoy 😊

I'm off to do W6R3 after work and have decided to drive to my local parkrun route just , its quite flat so I'm thinking positive thoughts.

Nice!

I have to admit 6.2 was my least favourite (other than 1.1) in the entire program.

I enjoyed (is enjoy the right word?) it from 6.3 onwards.
