Just finished week 4. Made the mistake of looking ahead and seeing what’s in store for week 5 run 3. Fingers crossed I’ll do it. I’ll give it my all and see what’s what. The fact I find 5 minute runs at the moment ok is absolutely amazing considering I literally couldn’t run up the stairs without getting out of breath is absolutely amazing. I would never of thought I’d like it as much as I am.
Keep on keeping on 🏃🤙🏻

Week 5 run 3 was my nemesis... but it has been one of my most comfortable runs!
This plan prepares you and you will smash it..
go read my post - I think a lot of people Worry about week 5 run 3 but the reality is it’s week 6 where those cheeky interval runs appear again that could catch you out
You’re two runs ahead of me, and I’m feeling the same, but I’m going to trust in the programme. My friend advised me to try a 5 minute run before week 4 and that helped. I think I’ll try an 8 minute run before week 5 to get my head around some of it - surely 20M isn’t possible though?!
