Buzzin!

Just completed week 1! I know this is not a massive achievement but I managed to run 3 runs up a very steep hill and could even run and talk on my final two runs.

When I first started week 1 run 1, I couldn’t run, breathe and talk all at the same time.

Legs are sore tonight so I’ve done some stretches and now I feel like I’m glowing!

To all of those just starting out, keep at it and the results speak for themselves! 👣

Getting off the couch and completing week 1 is a massive achievement.

I think physically and mentally it's probably 1 of the hardest weeks.

Well done. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Keep running

I 100% agree with this!! I’d say the first few weeks really challenge you so much! Then everything begins to fall into place once you start doing the longer runs without the intervals😃

Most definitely. This isn’t the first time we’ve started this Cto5K so I know the results are yet to come. It’s exciting 😀

This is a very good and positive way of looking at it. Any movement is an achievement!

Thank you!

Maybe you should make it easier on yourself then? Running up hills will make you stronger but its also pretty tough - can you do some flat runs too? And take it really sloooow! Make this thevtime you graduate c25k.

It’s not a massive achievement?? Where do you get that from ... it’s huge !! You’ve a) got off the couch b) completed the first run and c) stuck with it and completed the 1st week !!

Well done !!

Nope, that is a massive achievement, possibly only 9.3 is a bigger one.

Well done for getting off the couch and completing your first week.
