Trust in the programme - you can do it

You can, just concentrate on the run you're on. Remember how hard the leap from W3 to W4 was? But you did that, right?? You will amaze yourself, I know i have amazed me and I've not even graduated yet....!! 😁

Yes you will. The programme has prepared you for it and therefore you are ready. When I first saw the infamous week 3 run I thought it was a mistake!

By the time you finish the programme you'll look back on this week very fondly 🙂

Have you completed each run in the plan? Can you now run further and for longer than you did last week?.......and the week before that?

There is nothing to fear. Believe in yourself. You can do way more than you think you are capable of doing. If you don't complete a run then you simply repeat it until successful, then you move on.

Gone are the days when jeering C25K graduates would come round to the house of someone who did not complete a run and ritually humiliate them by making them run naked through the streets being chased by the giant golden statue of St Laura..............aaahhh, those were the days......... Yep, now all you have to do is repeat it, slowly, until you can run it all, while we spur you on with all the encouragement you need.

W5R3 is a biggy........ psychologically......but we all felt the same and thousands upon thousands have conquered it. So can you. Dispel all negative thoughts......they are not helpful.......face the challenge.

Yes you can!!! I thought the app had malfunctioned on that 20 min run but seriously you can do it. The app is fab for building up your stamina so it knows you're capable of doing that length of run now. Just remember the old slow and steady advice ... don't set out fast and you'll be absolutely fine!!! Go for it!!!
