20 minutes!!!! I’m so happy about this I’m going to say it again 20 minutes!!!! I’m not going to lie that was not easy but i managed it woohoo! I started the run and after about 5 minutes I thought to myself there’s no way I’m gonna make this so started thinking maybe the weather will be a bit cooler on Wednesday? But I carried on focused on the challenge ahead and made it! So happy with myself at this very moment and can’t wait to start week 6.
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, you ran for TWENTY MINUTES, 😊🏃🏾🏃🏾👍
Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
What do you mean the interval runs catch you out in week 6, surely they'd be easier? Seeing people say this a lot and wondering what they mean by it! x
After the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 the muscles in your legs don't like going back to running and walking BUT if you take runs 1 and 2 of week 6 especially slowly you will be 🆗.
Well done!! I’ve just finished week 4 so have this run to come this week, feeling nervous but I know I will feel amazing once i’ve done it! Huge congratulations i’m sure you feel an amazing sense of achievement!!
