I feel so accomplished today. I really wanted to stop running after about 12 minutes but just kept repeating ‘move your feet, keep going’ in my head and I did do it!! Aching a little tonight to be honest but I’m so happy with myself! 😁😁😁

Well done. Getting your head to believe you can do it is definitely harder than getting your legs too! I’ve tried this programme twice before and failed. This time I’m more determined than ever and this mornings run proved that to me. 😁
