Thanks 😊 I feel okay about it, it’s just sticking to it and keeping that motivation going that I struggle with.

Well done and keep going.... I’m starting week 9 next and have found that every time I’ve completed a week I feel that sense of achievement and I’m amazed at how far I’ve managed to run. There will be runs that go better than others but stick to the programme, it really does work!
