Congratulations on running for 20 minutes, like me two years ago that also was the longest run that I had ever ran in my life, that 20 minute run is a milestone run with C25K, the vast majority of runner's know that they will complete the course once they have ran that 20 minute run.
Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ππΎ π

That is a landmark run in C25K. I remember how amazing I felt after completing that oneπ
Just watch out for the first 2 interval runs of week 6 as many people are caught out by those and struggle with those runs. I know I did.
