Just did the 20 minute run for w5r3 and guys, I am AMAZED!! I am just embarrassingly out of shape and five weeks ago I did the first run and was properly elated to have finished it.

So to everyone worried that they might not be able to do this, YOU ACTUALLY CAN!! ITS POSSIBLE!! KEEP GOING!!

😁😁😁

Fantastic achievement, you will be smiling all day! I couldn't believe I could do it either, just follow the mantra and 'trust the programme '. Well done you!

We all feel like that but you can and you will and you'll feel amazed with yourself afterwards! Just go slow and steady, you're ready for it.

Just look forward to having a great big grin like MagiciansGirl, on your face later today. Not too fast. Just go.

We’ll be shouting for you. Go Girl!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran.

Well Done You. Twenty mins non stop! And happy about it! Great! Just shows you don’t have to be a whippet to be a winner. I suspect you may be a smidgin lighter than when you started though? They’d better start polishing that Graduation badge in a few weeks time? Carry on enjoying your running.
