Soooo I was quite excited to get out on my run today after quite enjoying W7R1.... π here's where the fun starts....
I've been losing weight on slimming world over the last 9 months (3.5 stone so far and almost at target) so I hoped to get out before the rain (in Scotland so all bets are off!!) so quickly got changed and found leggings thinking I hope they fit me now..... π....... Turns out they are fine when lounging about the house..... Not so much when I run...... Spent 25 minutes holding them up!!!! Will not make that mistake again ππ
Onto the second problem.... I've been running to the same soundtrack for the last few weeks (180 bpm) and its worked grand but must admit its getting a bit boring now..... So tried a few of my favourite songs on Spotify but it knocked my rythym completely off..... Like I couldn't run without my usual songs!?!? Am I a complete idiot?? Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.
I completed the run but was a bit flustered with the holding up of the leggings and the music thing... Worried ill have to run to the same songs for the rest of my life πππ
