Well I did it and wasn’t as bad as I thought. Glad I changed from the elevation part of the run. On to week 6

I've got it next Friday. I mean, feeling fairly apprehensive, but I also was surprised today (week 4 run 2) how much easier it's getting. I am just desperate to feel that pride once I've done it!

I was just as apprehensive, your fitness will be there it is more in your mind that tells you it’s a long way. I just kept pushing on. You 100000% can do this
