Was due to run this one yesterday but after busy weekend and only arriving home yesterday to puddles and quite heavy rain I thought No! Not in puddles...
So up early, off out and ran ok. My only problem is pace very slow, will that change? I don’t know...I was surprised the 8 mins went so quickly...But a bit concerned run 3 looks a bit different to what I’ve been doing.
Don't worry about slow, that doesn't matter. The runs do change from now through week 6 before settling back down to a pattern from week 7. Just concentrate on doing each run and you'll be fine.
Well done for completing W5 R2. Don’t be concerned about your pace! It really doesn’t matter. You will eventually speed up, if you want to. Just keep going through the program for now at the pace you are comfortable with. Week 3 is a milestone run. The program has prepared you for it. You are ready! The biggest barrier is your brain, trying to tell you that you can’t do it. You can! Good luck with it 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
