Delighted to say I have completed week 9!! Millie the Dobermann still not broken out of slow trot but I managed to keep going. Thanks to all the folk and stories here for encouragement- looking forward to consolidating our 30 minute achievement and see how it goes. Amazed am now a runner.. Millie says aye right.. shuffler 🤣
