Well it didnโt start well tbh.
I got offered a new job yesterday ๐ฅณ and so last night we had a takeaway curry and a few too many drinks ๐คญ to celebrate. This morning to say I was dehydrated and felt a little bit rough was a slight understatement.
Got up and chucked on my running gear, glass of water and a piece of toast as I had post drinking hunger going....
Thought hmmmm consolidation Iโll try something new ๐
I decided to try the Nike running app. Ermmmm well the app was playing through my watch while my music played through my ear buds ๐คช. So gave up on that and ran solo with just no doubt to keep me company....
Oh I missed someone telling me I was doing well and how many minutes I had left..... and I found out no doubts isnโt the best to run to as it has so many little odd beats which made me want to just dance ๐คฃ
BUT....
Despite all that! I completed my consolidation run 30 minutes done! Slower than all my runs in week 9 but I DID it ๐ฅณ๐คฉ๐โโ๏ธ
Note to self : hydrate with water not alcohol before next run!
