This one was boring, I think I got used to running without being stopped. I used the intermittent speed running exercise from the Nike App and I couln't listen to my own music bc it would overlap the coach.
The coach was hilarious I enjoyed it, but the app needs some serious UXing.
Anyway, here is the screenshot from Strava. The last 30" were super enjoyable, but I didn't realise I was going so fast. I don't think I can keep up longer than 30" at that pace.
