Just had three rest days as I had a cold so my last graduation run was Friday, back to it at 7am this morning and wasn’t too bad as the sun was shining, birds were singing and my legs didn’t feel like lead today. I still had Jo from C25K app with me but think I may try one of the Nike Running App Morning Headspace ones next (which are 30 mins). Off to try a bit more Yoga with Adriene today on You Tube.....are you with me Dave_88 and MummyBowles 🤔 all this stretching I will be 6ft tall soon or on a stretcher....have a great Tuesday everyone 🏃♀️

Hey buddy. Just about to go on my 1st consolidation run. I sort of wish the 3 weeks consolidation runs were on the app as I feel I need to still be told to go!!! I’m more scared today than I was on Sunday on my graduation run. Daft or what 🙄
Hey ! Good luck on your run tonight...to be honest I feel a bit in limbo as I’m like you need to be told to do it ! 😂 That’s why I’m posting after each run so there is some sort of structure. Don’t be scared just think we are all with you along the way...(p.s. I don’t think I’m a 10k type of girl either) 😳😂
