This is amazing. SOOO PROUD of myself. I have just finished W9R3. When I started I didn’t tell anyone until w4 as I didn’t know if I could manage it. I am definitely stronger, physically and emotionally. I love running!! Thank you so much to Joeys86 who has been a brilliant virtual running buddy, really helped to get me out there when it was tough. And thank you to everyone who posts, and the admins, I read a lot on this forum and have picked up lots of hints.
